What information do you need first?
I request your PromoPass information and logo via email first. This gives me time to begin work on the home page while you gather mini-catalog information if you choose to have me create them.
What if I do not have any images to use?
If you do not have any images of your own to use, I can provide these for you.
Can I link to other websites or pages on my DistributorCentral website?
Yes. You can link to as many other websites as you wish, however these cannot be listed on the "Products" page as they are considered outside links.
What is an outside link?
An outside link is when your customer is sent to a website or online catalog outside of the DistributorCentral system.
What is the difference between a website link and online catalog link?
When you link to another website, such as a supplier's actual website, this is called a website link (example: www.sanmar.com) and is sometimes not end-user friendly. If you link to an online catalog that a supplier may supply (example: www.companycasuals.com) this is an online catalog link and is end-user friendly.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. There is a ONE TIME fee for to create your DistributorCentral website. This fee covers the set-up and creation of the site to your specifications and liking, but does NOT include "maintenance work".
Can I make changes to my site at a later time?
Yes. Changes are easily done in DistributorCentral, as they have user guides, free seminars that are either online or you can download them. If you should happen to want to change or add to your website down the line, and cannot do it yourself and would like me to do it, my rates are $60.00/hour. You just contact me and I give you an estimate for the work you would like to have done.
When do I pay you?
Once you have given me the information I need to begin your site, I will use your PromoPass information to login and set up your home page to give the website a basic design. Once I have completed this, I will send you a link to view the work I have completed, along with an invoice that has an active PayPal link for you to pay. Once I receive the payment I will continue and complete your project.
